Studio 调用 /api/tool ，传入您粘贴的日志。已保存的运行使用 /api/runs （付费套餐可用）。
/api/webhook 是账单回调地址，不接收 CI 结果。
本产品没有公开的 diagnose API、Node SDK 或 CLI。
